Create a Good-Looking Newsletter Using Outlook Express

You can create an attractive newsletter in Outlook Express and use it to:
- stay in contact with your readersor fan base
- update friends and family about what is happening in your life
- send out specialist information to a small group (gardening tips, recipes, health tips, weight loss advice)
- send details of your fees and services
Actually, you can use it for pretty well any purpose you can imagine!
